Homage to Le Suicidé
High-concept art project reinterpreting Édouard Manet's painting "Le Suicidé" (1877-1881) through contemporary photography. An homage pays tribute to an original artwork by recreating its composition, mood, and visual elements in a new medium or context. Model Lucy photographed recreating the pose, lighting, and atmosphere of Manet's original painting, translating 19th-century fine art into modern editorial photography. Meticulous attention to set design, prop styling, and composition.
